On Thursday night, a variety of new and seasoned players showed up at El Dorado Park for an exciting night of rugby. This first session had ladies ranging from eight to seventeen years old with everyone was absorbed in the game. There were a few wipe-outs and silly moves but the field was full of laughter and good energy! The girls started off the night with the basics and ended with some fun games and touch. There are definitely some future ruggers in the making here. More than half of these girls were playing for the first time, yet the game was dynamic. We are thrilled to see these ladies come out and grow the sport. Every Thursday in September, these sessions will continue for new players to join, so come out, bring a friend and give it a try!
