On Sunday, we hung out with the girls from @gcurugbywomen . As they took on @csunwomensrugby
It was one of the coolest rugby experiences so far this year .
The program Is top notch . The athletes are having a lot of fun, are very disciplined and very focused...oh and VERY good at rugby :) . But that does not come as a surprise since their head coach is none other than @linds.mahoney, who, as we all know, has an extensive list of achievements in the rugby world.
The game was dominated by @gcu, who put on a phenomenal show for the fans in the stands. The team is very well coached, looked verry dynamic and fluid, and was able to move the ball very well . The defense is very organized and efficient, and it delivered some punishing tackles that got the crowd standing and cheering .
In the end, the Lopes proved to be too much for the @csunwomensrugby and came up with a big win at the end of the match
This was @gcurugbywomen last home game of the season, and for some of the players, it was their last home game ever. So the day was an emotional day but a very fun one.
We got to see some old friends , meet new ones and take about 700 pictures so we can share with you and experience rugby : the best time you will have with your new best friends .
